We are currently recruiting for the position of Guest Services Manager for Disney Cruise Line.

Responsibilities:

Guest Services Managers supervise the daily operations of Front Desk & Guest Services onboard. Leading a team of Guest Services Host/Hostesses handling all guest questions and issues in an efficient, professional and friendly manner in a 24-hour operation. Responsible for producing team schedules and implementing training and ongoing development.

Continually seeking new opportunities to create unforgettable memories and magic moments for guests onboard.

Comply with set policies and procedures as well as all maritime and ship rules, regulations, and procedures. Conduct emergency duties as specified in the Ship’s Assembly Stations and Emergency Functions Plan.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum two years shipboard or related experience
  • Tourism and Hospitality classes/certifications a plus
  • Knowledge of Immigration and Customs regulations
  • Cash handling experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC based data bases, spread sheets, and word processing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Detail oriented
  • Multilingual preferred
